February 14, 2017 | Realtor Training
Join us for our 7th Annual Realtor Training! Each year, the City of San Antonio partners with SABOR to offer a CE-certified, full-day course to train local realtors on the essential processes, incentives, and policies for practicing in historic districts.
What does this course offer?
- Understand the processes required for approval of incentives and tax credits by the City
- Find out what incentives and tax credits are provided by the City for developing within target areas and for using historic properties
- See examples of successful mixed-use, commercial, residential redevelopment and other market opportunities
- Learn specific information about the zoning districts and consequential building use restrictions within the City
This year, learn about the permit process, how to finance a home, and construction materials of a home. Tour a beautiful home in a local historic district to put your knowledge to the test! Additionally, get the inside scoop on city programs, including tax incentives, housing incentive policies, a vacant building program to help reduce plight, and networking groups to keep you in the loop.
Registration is now closed.
