May 28, 2022 | Cemetery Steward Training Workshop

Join the Office of Historic Preservation and the Parks & Recreation Department in City Cemetery #3 on Saturday, May 28th from 8:30am – 12:30pm for a hands-on cemetery conservation training workshop! Architectural Conservator Izabella Nuckels will lead the training and will cover best practices in cemetery monument cleaning and documentation. Participants who complete the training will be eligible to volunteer in the Cemetery Steward Program.

Location: City Cemetery #3, SE corner of S Palmetto and E Commerce.

Parking: Along S Palmetto, or at Fairchild Park parking lots, 1214 E Crockett (0.6 miles away)
