As part of our ongoing Rehabber Club program, OHP is now offering a Certified Credential to allow preservation contractors to better market themselves at the Historic Homeowner Fair and throughout the year. Certified contractors can reserve a booth at HHF and take advantage of the promotional benefits at a reduced rate!

• Name posted with link on website

• Name printed on Exhibit Hall floor map

• Name and contact information in printed program with short description of your produce/service

• 4 exhibit hours, 10’ x 10’ space with 6’ foot draped table, 2 chairs

• Printed Certified Credential badge for your display

Historic Rehabilitation

• Must have worked on at least three documented scopes requiring a Certificate of Appropriateness <or> document at least three projects involving rehabilitative scopes.

• Licensed to work within City of San Antonio

• No violations on file in last 5 years

• Includes preservation trades such as pier and beam foundation repair, porch column restoration, etc.

Wood Window Repair & Restoration

• Document at least three projects involving wood window rehabilitation

• Completion of a past Rehabber Club Wood Window Certification Course

• No violations on file in last 5 years

• This specialized credential may be used in addition to Historic Rehabilitation!
