Did you know that there are property tax benefits available to historic properties in San Antonio? We will cover the local tax incentive program, including how to apply, properties that may qualify, and local examples, presented by Rachel Rettaliata of the Office of Historic Preservation. Valerie Magolan from the Texas Historical Commission will provide an overview of the state and federal historic tax credits. Ellis Mumford-Russell from Post Oak Preservation Solutions will share some San Antonio projects that have taken advantage of a mixture of tax credits to revitalize local buildings.
