Anna Nau, Allison Chambers, and Rachel Wright from Ford, Powell & Carson will address best practices when it comes to approaching a project and share examples of the local firm's work. Broad in scope, our speakers will touch on various topics, including: pre-construction assessments, evaluating material condition, integrating modern systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) without compromising historic integrity, and maximizing the retention and reuse of existing material.
